With a passion for creativity and genuine connection, Tess brings a warm, personal touch to the firm’s messaging while helping cultivate meaningful relationships within the community. She thrives on meeting new people, growing connections, and crafting content that resonates.

Tess graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism with a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication, addition to a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, and a certificate in Multicultural Studies.

For Tess, creating blogs, newsletters, social media content, and being hands-on in community networking is more than an everyday task, it’s an essential part of building trust and strengthening the firm’s connection with the people it serves.
