Meet Ashley & Paemon Aramjoo

After high school, Paemon and Ashley pursued their law degrees and developed a shared vision: one day, they would open their own law firm. They were driven by a common belief that many people face difficult legal challenges without the help they truly need. They knew they had both the passion and the skills to make a difference.

While attending law school together, their ambition and teamwork did not go unnoticed. Their classmates even voted them “Most Likely to Start a Law Firm.” For both Paemon and Ashley, becoming attorneys was more than a career choice—it was an opportunity to combine their lifelong dream of starting a business with their commitment to helping others through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

Paemon and Ashley earned their law degrees from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law and are licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. After school, Paemon worried at the Prosecutor’s office, where he saw, firsthand, clients and attorneys engaged. This was an eye-opening experience, as he observed the transactional dynamics between lawyers and their clients. He saw an opportunity to change the norm and create a welcoming and supportive relationship. 

Ashley and Paemon’s path into personal injury became deeply personal after the tragic loss of Paemon’s father in a traffic accident. Although they had handled many different types of cases throughout their careers, this was the case that changed the trajectory of their lives. After the passing of Psemon’s father, they had the experience of working with counsel in another state, and found the client-lawyer relationship to lack a human element. That experience shaped their dedication to helping families who find themselves facing similar circumstances.

As parents themselves, Paemon and Ashley understand the responsibility, worry, and hope that parents and families have. That perspective fuels their commitment to helping clients protect what matters most, their loved ones. 

Today, their law firm stands as the realization of a dream that began years ago in high school—built on partnership, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve their community.
