Founding Attorneys

Paemon Aramjoo — Founding Partner

Paemon Aramjoo grew up in Kansas City’s Northland and graduated from Oak Park High School. He earned an Associate’s degree from Maple Woods Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Northwest Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2014. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas.

Before founding the firm, Paemon interned at the Center for Practical Bioethics and spent two years at the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. In addition to leading the firm’s personal injury practice, Paemon serves as Assistant County Counselor for Clay County (handling probate matters), is an arbitrator for the Clay County Office of Dispute Resolution, and is a certified Guardian ad Litem and mediator. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2017 through 2024. His practice areas include personal injury, civil litigation, class action and mass torts, medical malpractice, and products liability.

Ashley Aramjoo — Founding Partner

Ashley Aramjoo (formerly Ashley Draper) grew up in Kansas City’s Northland and graduated from Oak Park High School. She earned an Associate’s degree from Maple Woods Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University, and her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2014. She is licensed to practice in Missouri.

Ashley is a certified mediator, certified Guardian ad Litem, and certified to handle civil mediations. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2017 through 2024. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at UMKC School of Law. Her practice areas include personal injury and workers’ compensation.
